With years of in-field knowledge, a former residential provisional appraiser, and having advanced studies in property evaluations, I can pinpoint listing prices that get the highest results. Living and working throughout Connecticut, I’ve gained broad knowledge of the unique nuances that affect neighborhood values. As a former property manager, along with familiarity with repair and construction costs, I’m able to provide detailed as-is and after-repair value estimates.

Each situation is unique, and making the initial contact is a priority. Communicating respectfully, honestly, and forthcoming ultimately determines and lays the path for best-case scenarios. Knowing and complying with local, state, and federal housing and tenant laws is critical, especially with rent control and eviction moratoriums. My marketing system applies to all MY listings, REO and Traditional. I believe that taking bad photos and just entering the basics to MLS is LAZY and LACKS professionalism. So regardless of if the property; Big or small, Great Condition or awful, Luxury or studio condominium, I go beyond the basics. Each listing gets attractive HD Photos, a Matterport 3D Tour, Floorplans, and much more. Digital staging is also available on a case-by-case basis as well as Drone Photography.
