Repair Estimates to Complete Re-construction Proposals. Supervise/Monitor to ensure contracted work is completed to specifications, craftsmanship, and in a timely manner. Work with a network of dependable licensed and insured professional vendors ready and able to perform a wide variety of services as needed during the lifecycle of the asset.

BPO and Marketing Strategy

With years of in-field knowledge, a former residential provisional appraiser, and advanced studies in property evaluations, I can pinpoint listing prices that get the highest results. Living and working throughout Connecticut, I’ve gained broad knowledge of the unique nuances that affect neighborhood values. As a former property manager, along with familiarity with repair and construction costs, I’m able to provide detailed as-is and after-repair value estimates.

Cash For Keys

Each situation is unique, and making the initial contact is a priority. Communicating respectfully, honestly, and forthcoming ultimately determines and lays the path for best-case scenarios. Knowing and complying with local, state, and federal housing and tenant laws is critical, especially with rent control and eviction moratoriums. I maintain a high success rate in the Cash for Keys negotiation.

My marketing system applies to all MY listings, REO and Traditional. Each listing gets attractive HD Photos, a Matterport 3D Tour, Floorplans, and much more. Digital staging is also available on a case-by-case basis as well as Drone Photography.
